About contests
From December 1 to December 24, we’ll be opening the slots of our interactive advent calendar, carefully prepared by our CM team. Some slots will contain gifts for everyone (like increased server rates or promo codes), while others will require specific actions for a chance to win the prizes inside.

Q: On which platforms are the Christmas Challenges taking place?
A: The Christmas Challenges will be held across all our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Discord).
Q: What about the timing?
A:
- Opening of the 1st slot: December 1
- Opening of the 2nd slot: December 5
- Opening of the 3rd slot: December 8
- Opening of the 4th slot: December 12
- Opening of the 5th slot: December 15
- Opening of the 6th slot: December 17
- Opening of the 7th slot: December 19
- Opening of the 8th slot: December 22
- Opening of the 9th slot: December 24
- Results: December 26
Q: How can I participate?
A: Keep an eye on our social media posts. Follow the instructions for each activity and share your IGN, platform, and desired reward (if required).
Q: How are winners selected?
A: We will clarify the selection method every time a new slot is opened. For example, if you're asked to share your gaming setup, winners will be chosen by our CM team. If you're asked to share your current RM league placement, the winners will be selected randomly.
Q: If I win a weapon or an agent, which one can I choose?
A: Winners can choose any agent, including those from the current season. For weapons, only those that were available in the shop rotation can be selected.
Note: Only basic shop weapons are eligible (no current-season, skinned, or golden versions).
