We’d like to share some details about the issues you’ve brought to our attention recently.
Kredits Purchase Issue
Last Thursday, we started receiving reports regarding Kredits purchase issues. The reason for this was an issue with the Guns & Dungeons offer. On Friday, the dev team conducted short maintenance, disabled the offer, and started collecting information about the affected players.
Today, we’ll be reimbursing all missing Kredits to the affected accounts. As an apology and a token of gratitude for your patience, we’ll send an extra 3,000 Kredits for every offer purchased.
Autumn Season Prestige Rewards Issue
You let us know that you're unable to choose Prestige rewards from the past City of Myths season.
We’d like to remind you to contact our Support if you're missing any Prestige rewards. They’ll send them to you directly. Just reach out, and they'll help you sort everything out.
